After the upgrade is impossible to play in PVP in IOS…
Is really frustrating that the devs and support team are not talking anything about that.

- Device Model: Iphone 13
- Device Operating System: IOS update to the last
- Warcraft Rumble App Version: 4 (the last in apple store so far)

Blizzard gonna f*ck around and find out. I’ve been a loyal customer since I was in my teens. I’m 38yrs old and have probably spent close to 15-20gs in my time with blizzard. Games been unplayable for almost 3 days now without a response about the situation. Hiding behind the guise of “it’s free to play” is garbage. I’ve spent close to $400 on rumble alone and this level of customer service is unacceptable.

Everybody does mistakes, we are all humans, but at least communicate the issues and give IPhone Users some Love. It is indeed really frustrating atm, PvP is unplayable.

I am experiencing the same issue… Whenever I try to enter a PVP game, the app crashes and I can’t get in until the game is over, and I lost. Super frustrating, and making it so I am just not playing right now…
Same here, I haven’t been able to play since around 26th January and it’s now the 5th February. What a joke, no resolution no action no time frame no nothing. Even when I sent in a ticket the response was more along the lines of they don’t know what to do and have no idea when the game will be fixed….
