Ich habe Sylvana direkt von selten(blau) auf legendär (gold) gebracht, ohne als sie episch (lila) war das 3. Talent zu kaufen. Jetzt bekomme ich das 3. Talent nicht im GRID zum Kauf. Hab mittlerweile bestimmt 30 Käufe gemacht, aber es erscheint nicht.

It’s the same game they are playing with me. This issue arose when they changed Sylvanas into a Multi-Class hero. Ever since that patch her talents wont show in pool after star upgrade. It is on their end 100% and when a fix is coming who knows. So many knew bugs get introduced every patch its a shame its like there is no pre-test before release like when buying a mini and the screen locking on it a little while back. I have played this game a long time but stuff like this makes it less on my want to play every day. They are coming out with a pc release soon maybe that will be less buggy but still little issues like this are aggravating and pointless and easily fixable. Telling customers who paid for packs to go to bug forums for some respite shows you how far blizzard has fallen. Whoever Community manages this forum take a look how old my blizzard account is I can also link you email for 1997 account. Morale of the story you can do much better. Old and annoyed
Ja, das ist echt ein Armutszeugnis, es wäre so einfach. Leite Bugs an Entwickler weiter und lass sie die Fehler in einem Patch beheben. Wie du schreibst, Leute an ein Forum zu verweisen ist nicht zielführend. Aber solange sie ihr Geld verdienen sind wir ihnen einfach egal.
Yeah I enjoyed the concept just to much issues for this game ever to be fully mainstream, it has been bleeding people for a long long time sadly. PvP matchmaking is laughable, bugs every new patch,packs or items not being delivered 20% of the time then ending up in places like this that support leads you to, just a broken mess sadly that probably doesn’t get enough dollars do to poor player support/interest. This game could have been popular like Clash or other games like it just between all the bugs and issues and brutal pvp matchmaking just drove people to quit.
