I am playing Blackfathom Deeps and am stuck. I click the button to “Resume Dungeon” and it shows that I have beaten the second map, defeating Grglmrgl. When I click the button to “Claim Rewards”, I get an error (code 2.1.1.77897/77987) and can’t proceed. As it is, I can’t quit it or do anything else, making it impossible for me to get the resources I need to upgrade my leader. I’ve tried quitting and resetting, but it hasn’t helped. Please advise. Same thing happened to me. I found a solution. Exit the dungeon, and open the Army tab. The one that looks like the blue helmet. Make sure that the leader you started the dungeon with, is selected. I think this bug happens when you exit a dungeon without finishing and you switch your leader outside the dungeon. Hope this helps.
