Starter P.A.C.K. bundle offered but unable to purchase

UPDATE: 1h15 later, at around 4h45 EST, I was able to purchase that offer. I guess it was a matter of timezone / or ‘activation’ of the offers to be truly buyable on the server?

As of this 2024-12-02, 3h30 EST, I saw a starter pack bundle including Sylvanas star (10) 4 tomes, 3000 energy, 500gold and 1 xp container.

The value of that bundle is crazy for the price and I didn’t hesitate to click purchase… however I get an error and unable to complete the transaction.

I guess this is an offer that I should not have been able to see. I’m reporting it here anyway.

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

i was also finally able to purchase it, but only got 135 XP, instead of almost 25k at CL 49…

I confirm to you that the XP was only 134 (or 135) here also instead of the 25k the large exp container should have contained.

However, I would still consider the offer amazing for the prize it was, for 10 stars of Sylvanas, the 4 tomes which were 30k points each, I wont say no to more energy like 3k (its the biggest bottleneck to get legendary units) and the extra 500gold.

I just purchased this as well and only received 135 exp instead of the 25k exp

Also received only 135 XP instead of 25.000 :confused: Informed Game Master about it, however it seems that they cannot do anything directly. I hope a collective action is taken for all that purchased this package.
