Soft locked in new event tutorial

So, I just downloaded the new patch and logged in. It said I could claim so reward so I did. Then the tutorial started. I click the first two prompts and then it says to claim my first reward, points to the quest button (which turns green), and is subsequently frozen. I can switch views from the map, the store, guild, etc but I cannot interact with anything. This is repeatable anytime I open the application (except for getting that first reward. That is collected). This may have occurred because I got a reward prior to doing the tutorial.

  • Device Type: Android
  • Device Model: Pixel 5
  • Device Operating System: 14?
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 9.0.0.105973 I think.

I didn’t claim a reward and am also soft locked

Same here. Loaded it up, excited to check out the new stuff and nada. Personally, first time experiencing this type of an issue with this game since it launched. Hopefully its fixed or the bundle gets extended.

Yeah, this is one of my first issues like this too. Puts quite the damper on the event experience. They need to add a skip tutorial button as a failsafe for these things.

Exact same issue. Unable to do anythig due to being stuck in a half loaded tutorial :confused:

Its becomming increasingly frustrating when I have to start every update with some show-stopping issue.

I am also locked. A gloved hand keeps pointing down and bouncing on my screen. This looks to be tied to the bug found in the latest Warcraft Rumble release.

Same issue. There is no reward to claim, just the bouncing hand blocking everything else. On Samsung S21 ultra.

I have the same issue locked on collect reward but nothing to collect and will not let me do anything else for n game

You might be able to fix it by deleting app completely and then when re opening spam pvp button and win 3 times. It let me make progress this way, but am otherwise stuck too

Have the same issue
Click 2 times. The button turns green without text and you can’t do anything. Switching sites (between dungeon shop army ect.) but you can’t click anything there.
Reinstalling didn’t help at all.

Pls resolve.

Well, I’m glad I’m not the only one, I guess. RIP all the daily logins I cannot collect and everything in my shop slowly disappearing

iPad IOS 17.6.1 - same issue, can’t do anything. Stuck on the pointing finger with nothing to claim. Plz fix

Myself and a few guildmates have this issue. At first it would show my account with 0 crest progress. I deleted the cache and any storage info. The crest bug went away but i am still stuck on the " reward " part.
