Shop Infinite Loop

I have this bug where when I try to open the shop, the game restarts and it enters in an infinite loop.
This happened after updating the game to the latest version.

Same happens to me on an IPad.
This is very unfortunate, as we are not able to get the free store offers, which are key to fulfill a task in the Halloween event.

Same, game crashes on me trying to get to my daily offers. Happened right after i got my 3rd bat and upgraded bat and headless horseman. Wanted to refresh grid but crashed when i tried to get to grid. I can no long get to that tab without crashing the game. Please fix asap or inwont be ablento get the reward for event.

Tryed to clear cache, uninstalled game and re-installed, re-started device. Even tryed to switch mobile data and wifi. Nothing helps.

The same situation, I have tried with multiple different devices, this is not a BUG caused by a specific phone model at all. I really don’t understand why there are so many BUGS after each update, and they are also very difficult to be resolved in a short period of time.

This game is a failure on so many levels . Every event there’s problems . No decent compensation from blizzard . Screw Blizzard .
Quit playing wow for the same reasons. They do not care !!!

Same problem on iPad pro. Reinstalling didn’t fix it. Blizzard isn’t what it used to be… shame , they developed some great strategy games specially StarCraft.

I even suspect that the forum they have opened is not being monitored or responded to by any staff at all, and the development team is completely immersed in their own world, busy designing various gift packages.
