My game (IPhone 14 Pro Max, IOS 17.6.1) will freeze after the loading screen. It brings up a gnome, looks kind of like Kinndy, who says “It Worked” and a glove that moves up and down. When I try to interact with the glove or her chat bubble, nothing happens, and it freezes there. The music is still playing, the glove is still moving, but the game will not react to my interacting with the glove or chat bubble. I have tried 1) restarting the game, 2) restarting my phone, 3) fully uninstalled (erasing all data) then fully reinstalling and the game freezes at the same point. I have looked and searched in these forums to see if there was a similar issue, but it looks like most of them was after the player interacted and was starting a match. Please advise on what I need to do and thank you for your time to help me with this.

I am having the same issue as well. The same problem occurs on both iphone and ipad.
