Got a weird issue from a rarity tome from banshee queen event tree, after picking up the former two pages, the flamewaker and Ysera were just about to appeared in the third page then the app frozen while BGM is still playing and buttons are still glinting, but it didn’t respond to any inputs. Had restarted the app over 20times, but it’s stuck at the third page as well. Can’t play any PvP, PvE or buying bundles because this problem pops up directly everytime I started the game. It happens on my iPad and iPhone devices and always stuck at the third page.
