Hi all
I’ve initially installed the game on my tablet; I played a couple of hours gained about 1 thousand of coins; in the meanwhile I tried several times to buy tomes but I always received an error.
After less then 24 hours I’ve also install it on my smartphone but after i run the game I see that I’ve lost all my coins and some items (for example red button).
I’ve also check on virtual wallet and can’t see any negative transaction
I can’t see any negative transaction, see attached screenshot.
The sequence was:
- installed and played on tablet
- after 1 hour of play I connected it to battle.net account and start again to play
- after less than 24h I installed it alsoon smartphone; it automatically recognized user and I can see my team but 0 coins
- I opened it on tablet and I receive a message that said that game was opened on another device with a recent version of the game
- after update tablet version i can join game grom tablet and see that also there coins and items missing

I don’t know of it is normal. I’ve opened a blizzard ticket support and they suggest me to open a topic here.
