As soon as I log in, an unclaimed tome pops up and there is nothing there, my game is frozen. Tried uninstalling, clearing cache, waiting days, restarting phone, nothing is working. It’s connected to my account.
I have an LGE LM G900 android phone. Operating iOS and rumble version 2.6.0.

I have unclaimed black rock tome and my only choices are 2 rogues that are lvl 1, I can’t click on either, and I cant exit the screen…

Hello, I have the exact same problem. So rn i can’t play because i’ve lost 3 tomes and i have 3 more unlocks that i dont want to open until this bug exist.
I’ve been having problems with warcraft rumble since last Saturday. When I start the game I get the following message. “Multiple Unclaimed Tomes” I click on the Claim button and nothing happens. When I try to open a tome it is only ticked as opened and I don’t get any units from it.

In the meantime I have updated my phone to Android 14. My phone is a OnePlus 8T. Rumble is up to date.
Is there anything else I can do?
I have the same issue, an upgrade tome pops up, the first two upgrades go well, but the third one freezes the game. Happens on both iOS and Android. Nothing could help and even a GM under Issue ID: #102164895 told me nothing could be done to fix this.
The only way I can temporarily make the game work is to log out and back in and then it works, but the game will be buggy and part of the shop is not working. The moment I close the game the app and open it again the same happens and the upgrade tome comes up
