Spent the last 5 days raiding Ragnaros, not making any progress. Admittedly I have low level minis and rely on high level players to boost. But my guild leader Arty has been fantastic he spent a few hours giving me tips, pushing hard to down the boss. It has made the game very enjoyable. Finally in the late hours of the night we down the big flaming boss man. The game says Victory… And it went back to the raid menu… No reward. Very disappointing. I hope Blizzard can fix this and verify important drops like this get to the players.

I have same problem with Baron Geddon, been stuck for so long, and Finaly managed to defeat him. (Even did it twice)
But i am not available to claim rewards and continue to Rag. (Have defeated Golmemagg)
I have been in contact with support, who refuse to help investigate the issue.

Hi there, same for me half of day spent to beat them in LFG and finally Victory, but then I suddenly realised that rewards not received. Very disappointing experience tbh

Hi. It’s the same for me.
I defeated Ragnaros but for the game it’s like I didn’t do anything.
It happened both for me and for the other player that was playing with me.
Please fix it as soon as possible

Baron Geddon problem here. I finished him twice, once in open que and once with a guild-mate. Still shows as non completed and no reward. Cant progress in Molten core …

Unfortunately I couldn’t get Ragnaros on multiple tries after downing him with my guild master. Has this affected other players? Anyone managed to get the mini rewards they should be able to claim with victory?
Same here. i finished stage 6 of molten core but cannot get rewards and further progress
