I really loved the game as someone with 10 or more years of battle.net games fan, but this time the project is too early to publish in exchange of real life currency,
I am willing to continue my gaming experience and cancel my refund requests at google but appearently i don’t have access to my account like many other people out there spamming the forum. I paid for a service but i don’T have access to it, that’s why i have to request a refund, nobody cares, talks, replies, if it was done by small gaming studios, they were scammers but if it is done by microsoft, then it is fine, they are investigating (investigate at first place before offering paid services though)

( i purchased archlight surge and just in 2 days, i have seen another offer at the shop and i clicked purchase, i was going to use the gold that i received from the purchase for an ingame grid shop offer and i lost my access to the account, who knows if the grid shop offer will stay there when blizzard fixes this login problem?? If the offer is gone (which most likely be, then why did i purchase this gold at first place? i was scammed by low quality coding/server decisions made by microsoft)
(edit, this login error has started after i received ingame “grip buying error ph” i write this just incase if it helps for you guys to fix it, i have my respect to the developers whom are hardworkers trying to do their best, my rage is against the higher level individuals who are sitting on their desks and ordering stuffs to do in short time and expecting all to work with low in number of people)

PLEASE SEE THAT NOBODY READS NOR RESPONS TO US, I WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I CAN’T LOG IN, I DON’T HAVE ACCESS TO THE SCAM THAT I PAID MONEY FOR, MY MONEY WAS TAKEN BY THIS GAME PROVIDER BUT IT IS PURELY SCAM, I WAS SCAMMED, I CAN’T USE THE SERVICE AND NOBODY ANSWERS.
p.s please make this game work and i cancel my refund request, i want to play and use this service but my second day and i don’t have access for the service for 48 HOURS
