What is the purpose of all arc energy items in the shop? They do not lower by gold spent like the gold is (the more money you give better the deal for coins is). So basically you can just leave 200g for 1000 energy. Also, whats the point of spending gold on minis in shop that you have fully collected? You will get 225 energy for 90g. That means you’ll have to spend 360 gold to get 1000 energy. There is no benefit there, you should always buy one in shop (1000 energy for 200 gold).
Other thing that I’ve noticed is epic upgrade cores. I have all minis upgraded to rare and I’m still getting offers in daily shop for more rare cores (2 in todays offer). What is the point of that? Shouldn’t that be removed maybe for people that have all rare mini upgrades. It’s blocking spots in shop for something usefull for example epic upgrade core or exp tomes… I have like 10 minis waiting for epic upgrade core and it’s not offered in shop.
Also 320g for 2.5k hero exp is waste of gold if you consider that 20k exp tome is 500g.
This is just my observation as player and maybe something worth of changing in future.

I just got all my rares upgraded and im wondering the same thing. I have 2 cores on my shop as well as the past 3 days my third quest slot is a rare core. Either we need a way to turn them into xp, arclight, or a conversion to an epic core. I understand this seems like a niche issue at this point since most people are probably not maxed out rares but id only give it a another month or so until this becomes a much more glaring issue as we stockpile useless garbage for no reason and miss out on any kind of meaningful progression.

Same here. I don’t mind spending a little money on this game (having a great time so far!) but the shop really doesn’t want to offer me anything I want. I have about 30 rare cores sitting around with all minis upgraded to rare already, and they’re still being offered in the shop. An easy fix would be to weight epic cores higher for players with high collection levels. I also like the option to upgrade rare cores to epic at a 4:1 cost (or whatever Blizz needs to make money I guess) or even legendary.
Then there’s the grid. It’s a great way of picking up minis up to a certain collection level, but then… I just don’t need anymore until I get epic and legendary cores. I have a few minis with max numbers (3 legendaries so far) and I still see them in the grid. Why? It’s more gold-efficient to just buy energy in the shop if you need it than extra minis, so they’re just taking up space in the grid. Would be nice to exclude them from the grid or at least reduce the chance they show up. I also wouldn’t mind seeing epic cores or tomes in the grid, or maybe a separate grid for items.
Anyway, early days so I’m sure it’ll get better over time. Most important thing is the game stays fun and fresh and so far they’ve done a great job with the updates IMHO!

I’ve noticed the exact same things. Any time I go to purchase something on there I do the math to see if it’s a good deal. And some of the stuff just doesn’t add up, so I avoid it. I also have all my minis to at least rare quality, so I have no use for rare cores anymore. I’d love to be able to trade multiple rare cores in for an epic core, or multiple epic cores for a legendary. Blizzard, you are missing out on some GREAT ideas to get people to spend more money on this game. Seriously, whoever over there is in charge of making these decisions, have you been on PTO since the game was released? lol! Please listen to your audience! Especially those of us who are fine with spending money on your game. If the game gets boring, it doesn’t mean we’ll be back once you get around to listening to us. I know when I get bored with a game and move on, I’m usually not coming back no matter how many changes it’s made. It’s now or never, Blizz!

If you do events that have stars you also get arc energy for taking the stars (like Blingtron/DMF/sigil completion rewards, etc)
