PVP honor rating issue

My honor rate doesn’t seem normal. A guild member who won fewer than 100 games got 35,000 points, but I have 200 wins and only 12,000 points. I swear I’ve lost almost 20 games only. WTF is going on?

Yes they have 3x times their actual honor. I have been ranting about this issue since they did the PvP modifications but Blizzard Guys have turned deaf ears on this bug.
