Same here and with many other purchases, now im -4500 Gold out of no where and support is not helping, tickets arent even working anymore.
Bought a pack, tomes started to be used, app crashed, and now I don’t have any of the tomes to use. Have gold, but no tomes.
Sorry about your luck, only thing they will tell you is contact Google and if you do a refund you’ll go into negative gold no matter if you received the gold or not from their buggy store

Happened to mee too… 2,500 Gold and game crashed & could distribute Mega XP
I just purchased a bundle for 19.99 after clearing the last level in heroic. Bundle called Hero of Ashenvale, I received the mini’s stars and the gold but no bundle.
Am I supposed to believe I will get those tomes in 2 days?!?!?!
Makes me sad to have spent the money TBH
