I purchased the season 6 rare mini pack from the store, which has the new Earth/Moon spell, a purple experience crystal, and 1950 coins. I pretty much purchased it just for the coins, since I wasn’t impressed by the new spell. The purchase goes through, I received the spell mini and experience (I even leveled up from obtaining it at the rare level), but never received the coins.
I made sure my app is up to date, I logged out, fully closed the app, then logged back in on re-opening the app. I went and did a quick match with a +coin reward, as the support page says to obtain another/more of the item/thing that is missing. Nothing has caused the missing coins to show up.
I put a ticket in asking for assistance, and immediately after submitting it gets closed with a canned response, pretty much saying that it sucks to be me - “They are investigating issues where orders are being partially delivered or not delivered. There are no updates or information at this time.”
I sent them screenshots of the purchase details from the Play store and my bank, as well as details from the Rumble virtual wallet.
If I look in my virtual wallet for Warcraft Rumble, it shows all of my coin additions/subtractions. It also shows, further down, under something labelled “XGG”, an addition of 1950, which is what should have been added to my coin balance.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
- Device Type: Mobile
- Device Model: Samsung S23 Ultra
- Device Operating System: Android 14
- Warcraft Rumble App Version: 6.25.0
Have the exact same issue. It’s only with the ‘Season 6 Rare Mini’ got the spell and xp, but coins never went through either.
Other bundles have been successful and the purchase was also done on an android device through the google play store if that helps.

I had an “Unclaimed Items” notification when I logged in showing the missing coins from the bundle. I tapped on “Claim”, but the coins were NOT credited to my account/balance. My balance remained the same. I tried the same stuff from the support page - logging out, fully closing app, logging back in. Did a mission that rewarded coins. Unfortunately, nothing triggered the coins, so I am still waiting for the coins to be properly added to my account.

So, as of 5 hours ago, there is apparently no ETA regarding a fix for this issue.
And, also apparently, there is no possible workaround for this issue - because it is a “tool limitation”, whatever that means…
Has now been almost a whole week with no fix, no update, and no coins.
Just saw another post that someone else didnt receive their coins from a separate pack purchase, so now this isn’t just affecting the new season mini pack.
My support ticket keeps getting closed immediately any time I try to get an update, and none of the GMs have given me any relevant information, or even an ETA at the very least.
Is there any update on this blizzard ? It’s been almost a week now and there appears to be a lot of people who are waiting for their gold from this bundle. Its a lot of gold for this to just be forgotten about, especially when your making new bundles within the game and think people would buy them with this loss of confidence feeling like they won’t get everything promised with the purchase ?
I am having the same issue with both the “Season 6 Rare Mini” offer and the “Power leveling” offer.
7 days and still waiting for any new update or information; or, better yet, my coins…
it’s the same for me… take a lot of patience…
17 days, no coins. No info. No timeline. Nothing at all.
