Please provide a solution for the battle.net client in order to play it on the PC.

use bluestack that way you can play on pc.
bluestacks stuck in 30 fps and bad quality graphics.
Im not sure what your settings are but my settings are, High CPU, 4 gb Memory and high performance and my graphics are great and locked fps at 60 running no problem
bluestacks IS TRASH!

im not sure why you say that? it is customisable and easy to use. you can bind keys to presses on the screen and that way play with mouse and keyboard.
