After completing heroics with Malfurion and Sylvanas, only one reward tome is given.
In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:
I have had this exact thing happen in multiple heroic quests. Additionally when purchasing the mythic tome from the event (the one above the last malfurion item) it only gave me rewards as if it was a regular tome. I.e. it gave me 3000 total xp instead of the 60k+.
this happened to me also.
the next time you login, you should get the missing tomes.
Same thing happenedto me on PC over the last few days, now I don’t know if i received all of the tomes!
It seems so bugged at this point that I’m getting random tomes from my backlogs when trying to open very specific tomes from rewards, such as PvP. I just picked up the Major Leader Tome from Silver 2, and it opened up something that seemed to have nothing to do with leaders.
I am having the same issue. Sometimes when I receive a tome I have to restart to receive the tome. If I receive multiple tomes, for instance: If I use a split leader doung heroic instances to aquire sigils. I receive 1 of 2 tomes immediately. To receive the 2nd tome, I have to restart. If I purchase a bundle in the shop and it has multiple tomes, I receive the 1st tome, but I have to restart for every other tome that was included in the tome. So if the bundle comes with 6 tomes, I have to restart 5 times to receive them all.

i was playing heroics with sylvanas today but didnt claim the reward tomes. instead of that i claimed the 3day boost and continued doing same heroics with malfurion. now i cant claim the rewards from sylvanas, bc when i tap the claim button literally nothing happens and i cant tap it anymore like i already claimed it
It’s a bug that I reported several days ago. You need to close out the game and restart it and you will get your backlogged tomes. But you can only claim them one at a time. So you have to close out and log back in for every tome you have saved up. Very frustrating.
Same deal buying of the rewards tree. Big time jipped.
It doesnt always work when restarting the game. Some tomes were lost FOREVER on my client. I am playing on PC. this sucks so hard.

On iPhone 11
Tried the restart hack and only received a few of the missing tomes. Also only the modest tomes delivered this way. None of my larger tomes are showing up. Until today, my daily reward tomes were also not completing. I’d click and they’d flash, but not follow through to the reward itself.
For the missing event tomes, I’m not sure how to get them now. I wouldn’ve picked a different reward path if I’d known I’d never receive those tomes. 
Still missing a handful of Major and greater tomes.
12/30/24 update- today the earned guild reward mythic tome flashed but did not allow me to use the reward. I also only received one (modest) of the 3 earned horde tomes and received an error after clicking “claim” on the “unclaimed tomes” window.
I’m leaving the other guild reward tomes unclaimed until this is resolved.
12/31/24 update:
Issue: Missing tomes from special event tickets, daily progress rewards and monthly guild awards.
Steps Taken:
Logged out and back in.
Cleared cache and data.
Reinstalled the game.
Closed and reopened the game multiple times.
Current Status:
No longer receiving the notice of unclaimed tomes.
Still missing a significant number of tomes.
Daily rewards are working again, but the missing tomes issue persists.
This update was also submitted in-game.
1/1/25 update: earned 3 daily reward tomes and was only given one, yet all three show as completed.
