Since the login-loop error, I have been unable to access my account. Despite having a battle ID, my account was made as a guest account. I get an error message stating “could not verify your account details, check your login details and try again”. The option to refresh my credentials returns me to a page to select an account, which had listed my guest account and a #null account. I submitted a support ticket and was told by support to log in to my battle ID. This created a new account with zero progress. I still cannot access my guest account. My app is updated. My OS system is updated. Please help me get my guest account back so I can link it to my battle ID.
