After completing the Thousand Needles area (5 levels with 5 families) I was awarded a blue arc energy booster (I think I’m calling that correctly). I can tap it and it animates, but I have not been awarded it. (Or if so it hasn’t been cleared.) It’s been stuck for a few weeks I think.
I contacted support through the game but they encouraged me to report it here, even though it seems like an individual issue. 
I see other topics that don’t have replies, so I hope this isn’t just me shouting into the void.
