Yeah like wth. Not being allowed to change talents is absurd…
Devs, you should push back against your bosses and make the game fun. Drop whatever ideology you are following and make a fun game. Then the money will follow. This is Warcraft IP that alone gives it a good starting point. The concept is good for a mobile game. Quick play. Easy to learn. But it’s not fun because of so many things. The progression is off. The math makes no sense in a lot of areas. Then it also needs to function.
Think of all the content you have to work with. Just simplify and release content like crazy. Even charge money for it. But all the gates and walls and bugs and having to be connected to a server that you can’t even answer a text message without reloading is not fun.
At some point we will all just stop playing. Some will continue. A few will start. But I couldn’t even get my kids to play because it just wasn’t fun for them. Not the concept but it didn’t function well and then they couldn’t progress.
