No guild progress from archlight surge

I completed the archlight surge event today, but there was no guild progress from it.

had this problem for the last 2 weeks.

I have the same problem. Completed everything with 0 pay-out in guild progression.

Android, samsung galaxy fe20 something.
Problem occured 17 september early afternoon CET.

Multiple guild members are reporting the same, me included. No guild progression for surges.

Same problem here for guild Canadian Orcs. My entire guild is not receiving anywhere close to their contributions. I, however, showed over 500 points in contributions at the start of the roll over before doing anything. Player name: drewcwelch#1737

Not showing arclight progress in guild contribution

Same issue with my account; no guild progress from completing Arclight Surges.
This occurred on 2 different devices using my same account.

Device 1 type: Tablet
Device 1 model: Samsung Galaxy Tab 6
Device 1 OS: Android version 12
Device 1 Warcraft Rumble version: 1.5.0

Device 2 type: iPhone
Device 2 model: iPhone 13 Pro
Device 2 OS: iOS 16.6.1
Device 2 Warcraft Rumble version: 1.5.0

Issue occurred on Sunday, September 17, 2023.

This should be resolved now, there was a bug affecting Arclight Surges from contributing towards War Chest for the very start of the season. Sorry about that, and thanks for the reports!

Will the guilds be reimbursed the points thats not added? I completed all 10 last, and only received 150 points.

Just some days ago I saw I didnt get any points from PVP, and today when Surge came I did not get any points from that either. Playing on both Ipad and Samsung, same issues on both. Other guildmembers get their points from both surge and pvp
