No executable (***.exe) file

When I download the game, it only downloads the following items for a total file size of
11.8 MB but no executable file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft Rumble

  1. File: .build.info (861 bytes)
  2. Folder: “Data” (11.8MB)
  • Folder: “Config” (4.15 KB)
    ** 2 folders
  • Folder: “Data” (7.75 MB)
    ** Bunch of IDX files
  • Folder: “ecache” (1.01 MB)
    ** Bunch of IDX files
  • Folder: “gryphon” (2.01 MB)
    ** Bunch of IDX files
  • Folder: “indices” (1.03 MB)
    ** Bunch of index files

I’ve attempted redownloading, repairing, and install cycling to no avail. Please push the live game to be installable on PC

Same, it download ANOTHER 7Gb, and then deleted 99% of the contents, the whole folder is now only 25Mb
