Never ending error loop on first tab

Since new update came up yesterday i experienced same error/ bug… Esch time i try to log in to game and navigating between tabs on bottom of the screen, whenever i clilc on first tab (the one with store, grid, and daily offers) Game restarting itself to infinity… The only way to break that cycle is to manually close game and start it over but still doesn’t let you go to that tab… i have video of how it looks if you interested of watching… This bug prevent me with completing my daily quest for headless horsemen event etc…

I have the same issue today. However in the morning I could use the first button normally. I reinstalled the game on my Galaxy S24 Ultra but it did not fixed the issue.
Also sometimes the issue was with second button used to check army.
I have Android 14.

When I click to the store tab I get stuck in ongoing crashes. This does not happen when I log into my son’s account. I have reinstalled as well as logged out and logged back in. All other aspects of the game work besides the store tab

Same here was trying to buy something but I guess not

This got better for me and now it is happening again. I try to do an arclight mission and constantly get a session error, session timed out, then the game reboots.

Been like this for me for past 12 hours.

Reinstall does nothing.

I want to report the same issue and I have taken a video for reference if needed.

This happens after I first load the game and immediately upon clicking the tab to load the storefront.

Things to Note:

The first loading splash screen is the default screen and not the Hallow’s End themed event screen.

When the loop starts, the themed splash screen sometimes loads. Whereas the other loops the splash screen doesn’t and is white with only the logo and the loading bar populating.

Same issue starting last night and going on this morning.

delete the game, reboot your phone… install game again let go all cinematics go through… (DONT SKIP THEM), dont rush any process during installation or patching… That works for me…

Also for me bug come again. Galaxy s42 ultra.

It will be fixed once the daily store resets. The current theory is that collecting your anniversary reward is what is causing it.
