My guild has people from all over the world up to +10 hours GMT. It’s very difficult to coordinate raid. Give players a simple calendar or sign up feature, please. Everyone wants to raid and we are chatting our butts off coordinating, but we need something easier and built-in to help. Maybe have time slots and days, and players can select 2 or 3 slots and match us with other players with an alert.
I would join a guild where everyone is online at the same time. The other option doesn’t work.
