For some reason I’m not getting credit for poisoning minis while Arthas is deployed. My Arthas even has the soulshatter that poisons enemies and I’m still not getting any poisoned mini credit.

You are misreading the talent my dawg. Arthas himself applies no form of poison whatsoever. The talent makes it so that map wide, while arthas is deployed, any enemies that are poisoned by your minis (not by arthas but something like chimaera or sp00ders) will die instantly when they take any dmg (psn included) under 20% health.
