Missing Winter Veil Ticket from Daily Offer Purchase

Buying the daily offers are not providing the bonus 500 winter veil tickets it is supposed to. I have 39200 winter veil tickets and wanted to exchange for the legendary core (40000 tickets), so I bought 2 daily offers to get the bonus 1000 winter ceil tickets to make up the difference. However, no bonus winter veil tickets were received.

I see the balance is 40200 on my battlenet account, but in the game still says 39200. I have tried restarting/logging in-out/re-installing, but the ticket amount is still not updating in game. Support said the balance will update if I complete a winter veil challenge, but I don’t have anymore challenges I am able to complete, that’s why I bought the daily offer in the first place.

Super disappointing that this bug is basically making my 39200 tickets go to waste (convert to AE) instead of being able to get a legendary core.

Same here. running on the PC version.

I had the same problem, did not get the tickets from buying stuff in the grid could not buy the legendary core for the next event. :expressionless:

Same here. But I found that only the numbers are wrong, but the rewards that exceed the amount can be exchanged. You can try it

Same here but for winds of change. It’s not just the visual amount because I can’t exchange for the item (thankfully not a core). I have no other quests to complete

Same thing on my samsung s24 plus, It says something about servers and has 3 dots and gives me what I purchase but not the bonus tickets for the blingtron’s bounties, It does this everytime they have a new event
