Missing pre order items

Hello, I preordered via the apple App Store and have completed the tutorial but the pre order skins haven’t unlocked?

I did the soft launch with the App Store and I’m also missing the pre order items. The members of my guild have the same problem

I too have this issue. Although i have been playing in the beta before release.

Same here, I’ve been playing since the first beta. still no mecha kobold.

Edit: very next day i received my rewards!

Same issue here. I was hoping for the WoW pet (Gnomelia) and the Hearthstone card design, but despite having beaten Hogger and done the tutorial during beta, and re-beaten him again today, I still am not getting any of the promotional awards.

Same here, beat Hogger and claimed rewards. The pre registering stuff was not part of the loot. Registered since announcement.

  • Device Type: Samsung
  • Device Model: Galaxy Z Fold 5
  • Device Operating System: Android 13, One UI 5.1.1
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 2.1.0? (This could be a LOT easier to find by the way, right now the only place I can find is for 2 seconds on the loading splash screen)

I am also missing the ingame items for preorder and killing hogger, same for hearthstone.

It’s been over 48hours since I got the notification but, still no in game items. I did the pre-order and realized it was downloaded 2 days ago. Played for awhile, next day I got the pop up saying I got the ingame items. Still nothing.
