I recently purchased the Rumbler’s Rise pack via the mobile version of my game. While I believe I received some of the items from that pack, I never received any coins. And it was very hard to tell what I may have received as there was no bundle to open, just every time I logged in it would give me some other item that was missed, either from that bundle or other sources (including other bundles I purchased and random rewards). The whole experience made it very hard to track. But the coins were obvious, they never showed up in my account. I opened a support ticket with blizzard, which they couldn’t help with and eventually told me to get a refund from Google. Battle.net Login
Which I did. After I got the refund for that pack I noticed my account was now at -5,200(ish) coins. The purchased item was only supposed to be 1,500 coins, and I was at about 1,000 coins before refund. Meaning that 6,000 coins were removed from my account! Not only should zero coins have been removed, since I never got them, 4 times the number of coins that would have been in the bundle were removed. After multiple back and forth attempts with support where they couldn’t help they instead directed me to bug reports here. As it stands, my account is still at -5,000 coins, making it impossible to purchase anything in the game or easily earn enough coins back to get into positive. Which I shouldn’t have to do.
While the bundle/etc was purchased on mobile, I’ve also played this on the desktop version, and the experience is the same there. Despite multiple suggestions to clear my local cache (the experience is the same in 2 separate apps, why would clearing either local cache fix this server-side issue…?)
