Missing button on G.R.I.D

On my primary account i have missing button move with minion on G.R.I.D (for 5 Gold) , i try to make second account and after “tutorial” i buy one minion and after i can move with mobs, but on my primary account i try to play after release rumble and was play only one game and i close game for year, now i start game and i can play but i dont have “tutorial” as on my new account and i dont have this button. I can send you picture but its imposible to link in this topic

I have the same issue and have posted about it as well. The move button is part of quest rewards and I have been unable to complete quests over the last few weeks because I don’t have the move button. Please fix it blizzard.

Will someone from the development team respond here? I was told that someone would be looking into my request right away, but it doesn’t look like it… Is anyone here even solving these problems?

Seriously, how the heck do you get stars for Anub? He has not appeared in the grid after its promotion. I used up all 80 reset buttons during Beast and Undead dungeon weeks. Just what the heck. I am just stuck with Uncommon level of Anub.

Same issue here. Started quite recently

My game crashed during a tutorial animation, probably when the [MOVE] button would be activated. Since then, I’ve noticed that I can’t scroll the store screen by dragging.

The only way I can now switch between the different sections and offers in the store is by repeatedly clicking on the tab icon at the bottom, and the [MOVE] button never showed up on the G.R.I.D.

Same for me. It’s been well over two months. I also don’t have the featured offers available to me.
