Login Fail Loop

I am having this problem as well started on the 25th when I was at the shore. I have an iphone. Not certain of model but might be a small 14 model. Tried turning my phone off and on again multiple times. Will I lose my progress if I uninstall and redownload?

You will not lose progress if it is linked to you battle.net, but if you started on a guest account you will lose all progress. It is recommended to wait on update in that case.

Same issue here going on day 4 or5 now. Playing in a Samsung Galaxy S23. Just a constant reloading and fail loop.

I had the same issue on iPhone 11. I had to fully delete the game, reinstall, then re-download the latest 1.24G of new content. It worked.

Donā€™t know why Blizzard wonā€™t just tell people to do this on the launch screen, instead of just sending them to the forum :woman_facepalming:t2:

Yeah, I donā€™t know for sure if my account is linked to Battle.net. So I donā€™t want to run the risk of reinstalling and losing all my progress.

Given the response time on this bug that affects so many users, I canā€™t imagine how long it would take to get my account restored if I lost progress with a reinstall.

Iā€™m not doing anything to fix this. If Blizzard wonā€™t do it, I guess they donā€™t need me buying weekly in-app purchases.

Am I the only person thatā€™s bothered by the fact that Blizzard havenā€™t officially acknowledged this huge bug that prevents thousands of people from accessing their accounts?

No email, no in-app update, no information on the website, nothing beyond one (?) forum post?!

iPhone 15, latest OS, game is up to date. Problem persists. Rolling loop at login, a few days now, no fix and no resolution apparently! What now Blizzard?!

Todays update did not correct the issue. Game is still stuck in login loop.

Still same issues going on a full week with login failure loop. This is getting out of control. They better be giving monthly refunds or significant rewards in game for impacted customers. I get it, a day or so of issues is acceptable if itā€™s a rarity, but a full week and still unresolved even with the new update with no resolution is beyond unacceptable. The amount of revenue theyā€™re losing daily canā€™t be sitting well with their leadership. I bet those board meetings are going real well. CFO - ā€œWeā€™re paying you how much IT depā€™t and you canā€™t fix a login failure? What are we paying you for exactly?ā€

Happening to me, too. iPhone 12 Pro Max. OS updated, etc.

Same here, after the update game went into a loading 100% to loading screen.

After small patch I can actually load the game, but itā€™s still a crash factory. Still unplayable.

Todays update fixed my issue on android. I was on a GUEST ACCOUNT.

Same here. Guest account lost cause of no help in time.
After restart nothing left, no character, no paid in-game-contents.
Help needed to get it back! b-net account is availableā€¦
