I hit level 34 collection level and received the rewards, most notably gold. Shortly after, the app crashed. When it reloaded, I was still level 34 but the rewards were gone. Submitted a ticket but “gAmE maStErs aRe uNaBLe tO pRoVIdE iN gAmE iTeMs oR fIx bUgS”. Absolutely ridiculous.
