Joining Guild crashes rumble and leads to restart

Can’t join a guild. As soon as I click to an Guild its content tries to get loaded quickly and crashed instand without any error message and it performs a restart. Every second attempt leads to an complete freeze within Blizzard logo. Currently not able to get any progress from guild due to this issue.

Edit: If you are fast enough to click and hold on PC client the Join Button it will not crash instand …

I submitted a ticket to blizzard and escalated it and they said they have no reports of having thia issue

seriously? I am currently having this issue right now, and it happened the first time I joined a guild. took forever to join one. 6 months later, my guild is dead, so I quit it, only to not be able to join again.

I’ve only directly witnessed this when trying to join a guild that’s already 19/20. The preview of the guild shows up, then you see the names within the guild preview start adding/moving names around in a ramping speed, and if you don’t join or back out in time, the game crashes.

There were long periods where my guild would sit at 19/20 members before I discovered this. My workaround has been to have my alt account be the 20th member of my guild. If someone leaves the guild, I remove my alt account, making the guild 18/20. Then once a player joins as the 19th member, I bring my alt account back in as the 20th, remembering I need to be quick to join when previewing the guild.

I have the same issue - on mobile and on PC. I asked my friend today and he has the same issue. On guild menu after tap/click on any guild name with higher or lower amount of players game instantly crashed and freeze during restart on blizzard logo. Reinstall does nothing so app is just broken right now.

I have this problem too.

I was in a death Guild for long time, so much time that I was a guild master by default, I was the only one active. I decide to leave the guild for a more active one. I could not do it without kicking everybody out of the guild.

Maybe, this is related… or not…

I have the same issue. I have tried to join guild with various number of members from 15-18 and everything crashes the game.

I have also had this problem on the PC side of the game. It has been going on for months, but I just ignored it. I tried again today (31 Aug 2025) and it happened again. I can look at the guilds list in the tab, but when I click on one, it restarts the game.

Same problem here. keep crashing and when it works it’s a guild of full inactives people…
