Biggest mistake I could make apparently. It gave me -6500 gold and when I ask support to help me they say they can’t and I have to repurchase that amount of gold. I REFUNDED A 10 DOLLAR PACK. Now I have to pay over 50 dollars for the game to be playable what a joke
I had the same happen to me, I spent 14 bucks on a pack and received nothing. I sent a copy of the Google receipt and I have a copy in my transaction history of Blizz purchases and it did come off my CC. They told me there was nothing they could do, you know too bad so sad.
On my 3rd ticket, I half expected them to send me their thoughts and prayers, instead, they asked me not to create any more tickets. This is an exceptionally trashy, underhanded, and slimy way to do business.
Btw, this transaction took place 2 Saturdays ago, on the 11th.

I am having the same problem, bought a 14.99 pack. It was never delivered. I refunded the purchase and now I am 7k gold in the negative. Two tickets later, no support or help. This is simple math, telling new players who are spending money in your new game you can’t help…
Same garbage happened to me I’m negative 6k gold and support said they can’t do anything to help. Literally makes the game unplayable and there’s no way to progress
And sadly if you try to refund it through google play they will just make you super negative in balance and not help you, so many people can’t play the game now because of it
