Impossible to play - session timeout

For 4 days I haven’t been able to play a game (PVP/PVE/Dungeon). After launching the game and load time I always get an error message : session timeout.

This bug started when I tried to purchase a 4.99€ pack - which ended up with a purchase error.

I re-installed the app twice, still doesn’t work. Can’t get my Archlight / farming bonuses.
