Hi Good morning dear all Blizzard,
Have a great working day and week,
it was a another amazing blizzcon event, everything was perfect, i couldnt be there pschially because of im living eu and i didnt had a chance to visit United States yet, i hope one day can happen but i watch from youtube,
So i have a smally tiny bit problem, between warcraft rumble and world of warcraft retail, as you know since warcraft rumble released i downloaded from ios and i played already and also i played tuttorial part and i defeated Hoggar in tuttorials but suddenly some how i dont know, i didnt recieve dear Gnomelia Gearheart pet in the game, as far you know i login the warcraft rumble with my battle.net account, because it is not possible otherwise login to the game 
Can you please check my logs in warcraft rumble please can I get my gnomelia pet in the retail?

I agree, it’s been 5 days for me. Put in a ticket and not resolution still. I’m just worried I’m going to miss out on it if it’s not delivered before the promotion ends
I also am missing the pet and card and did beat Hogger, what’s up with this and its a time event , I hope I get them
