I can't complete the heroic Molten Core raid

I defeated the first boss, Lucifron (Heroic), and received the reward. The next boss was Magmadar (Heroic).

No matter how many times I defeat him, I can’t progress further.
The game keeps asking me to fight him again, open the gold reward, and proceed to Gehenas and Shazzrah.
A full reinstall of the game did not help.

  • Device Type: Redmi
  • Device Model: note 13pro

I also have the exact same issue. Lucifron beaten many times but can’t proceed. Plz fix the bug.

Running into the same issue. If it helps for repro, this occurred after winning with the hero Thrall. I also have won again with them and with other heroes since. It awarded me the valor currency on the next login but will not show the fight as complete and cannot claim the coins for defeating the two bosses that connect that reward.

This looks to be happening to a lot of people, me included.

I feel like Blizzard needs to compensate for all the attempts I made, time wasted reinstalling the app and going through tutorial.

I have the same problem, on iPhone se 2022. Have victory 5 times and got nothing for that, no exp no reward to progression, only the time wasted. :pensive:

It looks like I got valor reward for beating Lucifron but no green check and can not collect the gold for beating wing 1. Beat him twice now.

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: Mobile
  • Device Model: IPhone 15 Pro Max

I have defeted Magmadar on heroic raid and it didnt count as defeted boss. I connot go futher as Lucifron is still locked. I have recived rewards after win, but cannot go further and play.

My guildmates and I have exactly same problem. Defeated Magmadar like 5 times already!
