I can not claim heroic campaign reward for Hinterlands

Hi,

I’ve cleared duskwood heroic as undead and everytime I tried to click to claim my Tomes it would just disappear
So same for me but different zone

I finished STV heroic and got gold coins only for 2 missions, another 3 just gave me tomes but not gold, so im missing 3x300 gold

When I completed Dustwallow Marsh I could claim both rewards, but got none of them. Please help me, I am still missing my rewards, which were hard earned.
