Heroic Ashenvale no reward with Rend

I played all leaders and with Rend, I am getting nothing after finishing each Ashenvale heroic mode matches. Neither Tome nor shield as finisher mark. I closed game, restarted, played again and won, but nothing.

its not about the leaders its about the families. allience beast blackrock horde undead
you only get rewards for the first kill of the family. if you clear a heroic mission with:

  1. tirion
  2. jaina
  3. maiev

only tirion will get the family reward the rest wont.

Thanks… didn’t realize I completed it with same family before. I was confused.
