hello, EU here. I have same issue. Played game since November 2. I still didnt get any reward for WoW or hearthstone. I tried logout, login several times.

I have the same problem.
I have not received the battlepet and card back on hearthstone.
I have not received the pre-registration gifts, despite we are playing within 2 weeks of the official launch, i have been playing since 2/11 launch in eu.

No GM has told me or confirmed this, but I suspect that the problem is with the players who completed everything (tutorial) before November 3, 2023 with a Bnet account, apparently the Awards did not yet exist in the game Database , I myself checked in the pet collection that Gnomelia did not exist in wow, they are not giving the appearance of the towers or the appearance of the Mecakobold for playing the first week, I think that all those who started playing on November 3 onwards do They not have this problem, if you play as a guest, they give you the prizes but they ask you to create a Bnet account

I suspect this isnât exactly the case. Hereâs some rather belabored context, just for full disclosure:
When I saw that someone had posted a screenshot of the rewards earned pop-up for the Hearthstone Card-Back and the Gnomelia pet on the Warcraft Rumble Discord on Thursday, November 2nd, it was around the same exact time that I noticed a notification from my iPhone that my pre-order was unlocked and ready to play (I had pre-registered at some point later than the initial sign-ups).
I wanted to share the info to other WoW pet enthusiasts pronto, but in order to obtain more info about it, I fired up the game and started playing it. At some point while I was doing this, someone mentioned somewhere that defeating Hogger might be the requirement, so when I defeated him and didnât receive the rewards pop-up, I closed and relaunched the app, as that often resolves these sorts of issues - and the rewards window then popped for me (this took place at 12:46pm Pacific Time, in case thatâs helpful).
I then tweeted about it, sharing about the mechanism for obtaining the pet, and that while the pet wasnât yet available in WoW, I suspected it would come during/after BlizzCon the next day (Friday). I got replies that folks were able to download the game freely that Thursday and play through that tutorial experience, and got their âRewards Earnedâ pop-up as well.
During BlizzCon on Friday, I got word that Gnomelia had made it into WoW, this coming from several folks who had played it on Thursday as a result of my post. As I was streaming the Opening Ceremony at the time, I figured Iâd log into WoW during the break and collect my Gnomelia. Thatâs when I discovered that she wasnât in the game for me. Again, several folks who played on Thursday (who reported that they played on Android) did in fact receive the pet in WoW. However several of us who played either earlier in the day on Thursday, or on iPhone, have yet to receive our Gnomelia pets, even after multiple re-logs, playing more, re-defeating Hogger, etc.
All this to say, Iâm reasonably sure the issue isnât the fact that the rewards werenât in WoW/Hearthstone yet when people played, as several folks I know who played on Thursday did in fact receive it when it went out on Friday. Maybe there was a game update that hit Android phones earlier than iPhones on Thursday, or maybe it was just happening to folks that had the pre-registration versions âunlockedâ, as opposed to folks who hadnât signed up to play during the pre-release period.
In any case, I hope they find a path forward for us soon. I am reluctant to play much more in the game in case the only solution is to wipe our progress and have us replay through the tutorial.
Like others here, I was able to complete the Hogger encounter last night, saw the âRewardsâ I had earned in Warcraft Rumble, but thereâs nothing in the WoW game. Gnomelia Gearheart is shown and grayed out, but should be present as requirements were met.

I donât know if other players have had the same behavior as me, but in my specific case I initially entered as a guest and after some matches ( maybe I had defeated the necessary boss) I logged into the account and closing and reopening the game ( I also experienced the relogging bug at each startup and then solved by manually logging out and reconnecting ) I was notified of the award, upon entering wow I had noticed that 2/11 did not exist in the game, I actually thought this was the problem but in guild on Warcraft Rumble other players redeemed⌠Maybe the problem in my case is starting initially from guest and later from battle.net?
my secondary account got the rewards before my main account LOL!
Also didnât get Pet or Card back⌠i playing the game on the first day.

Same hapenned to me. Playing Rumble from start. I got the popup in Rumble of cardback next day, but never appeared in Hearthstone.
Tried logout to Rumble plus install it on new device.
Region: EU
Devices: iPad and Samsung A53 (primary is iPad)
I started to play as soon as the device downloaded the game, few hours before Blizzcon. How to fix it?

Thank you for your patience while we looked into your issue for you. Tech Specialist Logan, here. I wanted to leave some information on the issue youâve been having with your Arclight Rumble rewards. Weâve gotten some reports of this since Blizzcon, and I wanted to give you some troubleshooting and get your bug to the right place.
Since this is related to game licenses we canât force apply this for you, since the system is supposed to handle that automatically and it will just take the product away without the correct license. What you should do is this.
- Ensure that you have claimed the rewards in Warcraft Rumble.
- Wait 24 hours
- Check Hearthstone and WoW for your rewards.
- Check back to see if the option is avaiable to claim again and retest if not.
If this fails, some others have reported this. You can chime in on their bug report thread so the devs can take a look and hopefully get this fixed for you all.

Played three Lands killed Hogger but no reward!
Iâm really hoping that now that itâs the first Monday back in the office after the BlizzCon festivities, the dev team can look into this issue for us and find a solution soon - and also that the community folks can give us an update on it to acknowledge.
I donât play much Hearthstone, so Iâm not sure how much those players are worried about not having their Card Backs, but for WoW battle pet collectors, not having access equal to our fellow players for Gnomelia Geraheart is a VERY BIG CONCERN.

Same, played got the note that i got the reward, but nothing⌠I played the game Pre and put some Money in it, so i doesnât want to play from zero, but i would like to have the Pet in retail. 
I pre-ordered the game and was able to download it from the EU Apple App Store on November 2nd, before it was officially unveiled during BlizzCon on November 3rd. I logged in with my Battle Account (which Iâve been using for World of Warcraft for 19 years), played all the tutorials in Rumble, defeated Hogger, and received the notification that I had unlocked the WoW pet and the Hearthstone card back. As I mentioned, this was on November 2nd after the Apple App Store informed me that the game was available for pre-order. It has been 4 days now, and I have not received the pre-order rewards, neither the WoW pet nor the Hearthstone card back.
iPhone 14, iOS 17.1, and the current WoW Rumble version 2.8.0

I too have yet to receive any rewards. claimed them in the app on Nov 2nd (Thursday), thanks to the pre-order, I guess. Playing on iOS. Hoping to see a fix soon.
EDIT: just logged back into wow 11:15pm EST, i have recieved the pet and take it the card back too but that was less important
