I just beat headless horseman. I just realized I won’t be able to get the last reward without buying the package and spending a bunch of money in the games… I mean I got azeroths blessing but to get the horseman to rare without being lucky in the GRID and getting the 3 stars is impossible (upgrade to rare)!!!
I’ll be at 22,550 tokens. I need 28,000 so 5k short.
Very disappointed at blizzard for this event. Ridiculous.
if you have been logging in every day of the event, you should be able to get enough to buy everything when you claim ALL the tickets for “Login Daily During the Event”.
if not, i think you are right.

My housemate got his first star for him and had him appear in the Grid that same day. He and used a gadget and now has him at rare.
I’ve got my first star nearly a week ago. Burned though over 20 grid recycles… no HH in the grid for me. 
No need to get HH to Rare for all rewards. You must have still other tasks to complete.
You don’t need to complete all tasks to get him. You need to complete all tasks in the first half to reach the first reward that gets you a Star.
Personally I focused just on one side to get to the second layer of rewards. They give 2 stars each.
I got the HH I wanted to get all the reward. I am short 3 stars which is exactly what the last reward would have given me…
