Hallow tickets vanished

My earned All Hollows event tickets vanished. I had spent enough to get the first unlock for the new bat mini, then played several dungeons to earn the ones using the new mini. They were available after claiming until the app closed unexpectedly. Upon logging back in, my event tickets had been brought to zero but the event quests were still marked as completed.

This happened to me today.
In the current Hallow’s End Event, I completed 30/30 part of “Claim Daily Offers (Including Free Gift)” for 4000 tickets. Initially I got credited with 4000 tickets but after closing the game and logging back in, the same 4000 tickets were gone and the 30/30 portion of the challenge says “Claimed”. Please check immediately. Thanks in advance.
