Installed and played on PC for the first time. Did the tutorial fight, went to start the next fight with Goldtooth and it keeps telling me “Failed to find game”. Does anyone have a possible fix so I can actually play?

This happened to me on mobile once I connected it to my battlenet account. Logged in on PC and the exact same issue is happening. “Failed to Find Game” - We couldn’t find a game for you- 11.0.0.111116/111116
So after the last post I decided to try create a new Battlenet account just to see if it is a Battlenet account issue. And with the new account, game works fine. No new install, just told it where my games were installed, and played with no problems. Went back to my actual account, and same issue. Failed to find game.
The only difference I noticed when playing (Aside from that I could actually play) was when I first launched on the new account was that it asked me if I had played on mobile, or if it was my first time, which I wasn’t asked on my main account when I launched it.
Wondering now if a way to ‘reset’ the games progress would fix whatever problem the game seems to have.

I have this same issue. Started on my phone. Tried PC didnt work. I submitted a ticket and they were like wow this is brand new info submit a bug report… i was also told they cannot reset my battlenets progress…
If i log out of my battle net account i can play just fine. If I’m logged in it wont find a game at goldtooth.
This is still an issue as of 11.0.0.111559/111818 on iOS; unable to play the Goldtooth mission if you’re logged into a Battle.net account. I was playing fine logged out, but as soon as I logged in, now the game doesn’t work.
Still an issue on mobile and PC 11.1.0.112117/112117.
Same issue on pc and several different mobile devices. It seems it is no urgent matter for Blizzard to fix.

Exact same issue, can’t find game at goldtooth. Pc and mobile, game is literally unplayable.
Same issue, no response in my forum post. I guess us being able to play isn’t a problem for them
