Giant Hand bouncing on screen and unable to click anything

So i installed the recent update. Logged into game to play. And a giant hand appeared for me to click on something, but nothing was there. Im unable to click on anything in game.

I tried clearing Catche, Deleting Data…and just uninstalled and reinstalled. After tutorial i switched back into my account and the Giant Hand is still there.

It was not on the guest account, so looks like my account is bugged out.

Any help would be appreciated since i cant play the game in current state.

Same Problem here. Missing events, Bounties and my daily tomes and gold because of this botched Update.
Blizzard pls fix and compensate!

I have same bug, bouncing hand to nothing for click and i cant do anything, its hillarius how much bugs this game have and Blizzard still recieving money for not working/still bugged product

Same issue! It’s asking me to claim a reward that doesn’t exist (bouncing hand pointing at nothing), but when I pull up the inventory screen, for example, I can’t interact with it and the bouncing hand is still there.

I am facing same issue here. Samsung S24, playing from Brazil. Also already tried many thinks, even reinstalled, but error persists with the icon hand but nothing to touch.

It’s finally fixed, after a small download of 12,2MB. And it was a good compensation: 1600 gold, 6 hero stars, a couple unit stars and a couple mythic tomes. Bumped my account by almost 2 levels. Thanks.

PS: Finally able to see and play the event.

How can i fix it? I have this problem a giant and bouncing up and down and can not click on it or anything.

I tapped a bunch in the general location of where the hand is pointing and cleared it…I tried sending a ticket to Blizzard but wow they were zero help and sent me back here. Basically just like your on your own bud…
