Since today, Nov 4, I cannot do any dungeons or quests or the campain. Every time I attempt to start a map, the map loading bar gets to 100% and then I get the “Generic User Error Title”. So no real explanation what the issue is.

Same issue here. Just downloaded the game on a samsung s21 and getting the same error message when I load the game. A solution would be good

Same, also happens in pvp
Same happens on Android phone after 11/9 update.
I’ve tried 3 different mobiles and the same error happen.
On top of that trying to load the raids tab will cause the game to go on a loop. Have to clear cache to restore it to load
I have the same problem on Samsung S23 Ultra after the last update.
New user, same issue whether I am selecting guest account or connected through Battle.net.
I’ve tried resetting cache, data, reinstalling.

I resolved it, I have Mcafee AV and disabling the VPN solve it
Still not resolved for me. Got even worse with recent update. Pixel 7 pro
