Reinstalled game, now when I go to the chest icon the game loop resets until I swipe out of it.

I updated fine, but after beating headless horseman with headless horseman, i started the crash loop. They’re losing a ton of money since none of us can purchase anything, how is this still not fixed after a full day!?
This has just started happening to me when clicking on the chest icon the game just goes in to a loading loop.
