Game Reloads When Claiming Reward for Ysera's Heroic

Hi, for Warcraft Rumble, any time I try to claim my reward for defeating Ysera’s heroic mission with 5 different factions, the game will reload. It will restart any time I try to play any moonglade level. It’s been like this before the last two updates. And it does this across multiple devices. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue, I’ve done this multiple times on multiple devices.

I keep hoping the next update will fix this issue, but it doesn’t.

I submitted an in game support ticket and was told there aren’t other reports of this issue and to post my issue here for help.

Same problem with heroic and arclight rewards…

Same issue here. I am not able to claim reward/coins/tome

workaround: you have to tap the bottom reward first (the one for whole area) , than the boss row
