Game loads until 78 ou 79%, reloads and then goes back to main menu

In addition to a description of the bug you are reporting, please provide:

  • Device Type: Smartphone
  • Device Model: Samsung Galaxy S10+
  • Device Operating System: Android 12
  • Warcraft Rumble App Version: 6.0.0.95183/94360

I have tried everything! Dungeon, quests, no matter what I do or what army I choose. It keeps restarting!
It was fine before the mandatory update message showed up.
Now that it has restarted and now Ragnaros is on the loading screen, the game doesn’t work anymore

UPDATE: It seems that it is really the local server in South America.
I have tried a VPN and then I could play to finish my dailies (still buggy tho)

But it is still REALLY buggy.
BUG 1: I won a dungeon, but now it says I didn’t, so the game only allows me to play the same level dungeon for no prize, over and over again.
BUG 2: When oppening xp tomes, some minis have the illustration of a mini, the gold cost of another and the level of another. No idea why this is happening. I probably chose the wrong mini to give xp to and I’ll never figure out which one it was.
BUG 3: I had the option to buy an extra star for Ogre Mage. He already had 10 stars. But it showed me I could buy an 11th start to upgrade it.

Recently I purchased the standart pack and also some extra tomes and gold. Now I am losing XP, can’t even play the game and when I can, it’s all buggy. The worst part is that this has being going on for over 24h and NOT A SINGLE REPLY from blizzard.
I’ll ask for a full refund.

Same here. Cant do any missions, dungeons. Stuck at 78%, then reload to 104% and back to menu

Crashes in play PvP, PvE, Missions, by the way, ALL game. Looding until 104%.

I have the same issue.

I can confirm that using a Free VPN through the US solves the issue, but I would not recommend for PVP.

I am based in Brazil and the problem seems to be localized to people in South America based on reading various forums.

I had the same issus but was resolved itselt. What i did was just to not close the game during loading. Game restarted sevelar time, maybe 8-9 times and at the end it started. Pleease try it.
