When i launch Rumble on iPhone Mobile i get what looks like an error screen but it is missing an error message. There is a red button that closes the game and a blue one that goes to support website. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. My OS is up to date. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game even. I reached out to support and they told me to post here.

- Warcraft Rumble App Version: Latest (can’t actually get in game to see number)

Same exact issue for me. Apple IOS 18.5. iPhone 12. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game but goes to the same screen every time. Blue button and red button with no text on them. Blue button opens a web page and red button closes the app.

Customer support has not helped at all. They told me they can’t send the issue or work with a developer in any way. They get prioritized on issues based on the number of issues raised. So please, if you are having this same issue create a ticket, post here or create a new bug report

Never had an issue on mobile until I installed Rumble on desktop. After loading it up and having to link account through mobile app I can play on PC. But the mobile app no longer works and I get the screen OP described when opening the app. Tried uninstalling / reinstalling, etc.

I also have the game installed on PC. Maybe this is an issue related to that? Is anyone getting this issue who doesn’t have the game also installed on PC?

I opened a ticket and they gave me troubleshooting steps (make sure OS up to date, etc). Followed every last one, and the final step from GM Smoehaates is just post it here.

Same problem. Iphone 14 plus. IOS 18.5. I tried all the possible steps including try again with / without wifi, reinstall game, etc

Crazy long time for the game to be down
I even tried uninstalling the PC version completely, then uninstalling and reinstalling it on my phone… still same issue.
Issue on phone, never tried to install on PC. Finally booted up the iPad that already had it downloaded in it just so I could login. It at least worked.
Same. And same response with help ticket- a cut and paste troubleshooting response and if it doesn’t work, commiserate with fellow gamers on the forums.
