The Gadget Bonanza event is just another way to help blizzard make more money. They get you to waste your resources so when the next event that comes out with new minis, you have to spend real money to complete it.
You might say… This isn’t a bug, but I will tell you that I am reporting the parasites making these decisions to create events purely to take your money. They are the real bugs breaking this game.
I always thought the gadget bonanza was kind of an optional personal decision. For example, lets say you’ve been saving up gold and you’re looking to spend it anyway to upgrade some units Gadget Bonanza is the best time to do that since you get a small bonus for getting stuff from the grid. I can see how people could see it as a gold sink but you should see it more as an opportune time to use gold that you were looking to use up. Some people also enjoy spending on this game so probably it’s a way to get more value out of it.
You also have to remember the game needs to be break-even and be at least slightly profitable for Blizzard. They have to pay people to maintain and continually develop the game. Now I think they could communicate better with the community, such as Diablo IV campfires, in which they do an amazing job communicating upcoming changes compared to World of Warcraft & Warcraft Rumble, where I find they don’t always communicate upcoming changes.
You obviously don’t understand what is happening with blizzard. The company is destroying itself with greedy business decisions. Focusing more on micro transactions than actually providing good content for its gamers…
Just look at the state of this game… It’s garbage, tons of bugs that make the game unplayable at times, and bugs that steal rewards from players with no compensation ever.
The only thing keeping blizzard alive are chuck gamers who defend blizzard no matter what they do.
Blizzard is dying, and they brought it upon themselves.
I don’t think I have ever played a game that didn’t have a bug in it. I hear you on the compensation. Sometimes I randomly get stuff but I am not sure what the compensation was for half the time. Again back to Gadget Bonanza if you don’t want to do it you can just ignore that event when it appears. Sometimes we feel like we need to participate in every event. I know some guilds get annoyed during the Darkmoon Faire event when members don’t participate… but that is also to encourage people to do stuff with their guild. I like the Gadget Bonanza because I feel it’s one of those optional ones. I think there may be too many events for a new player though.
If you don’t know what bugs are on the game, you aren’t playing the game. The bugs are so obvious, and there are so many of them. They are all listed in the forums if you are lost. And these aren’t just simple bugs, they are game breaking bugs.
Stop trying to defend a crap company if you aren’t going to look at what’s really going on.
I haven’t had many bugs personally except for the game loading ones on the app. There are some things I thought were bugs but aren’t. Occasionally buying an item at the store for currency gold or cash doesn’t go through properly. Game crashes at the start of some PVP matches on PC or Mobile. I have had to re-install the app maybe 3 times since the game release due to constant crashing on start up. Those are the only bugs I have really run into. I am sure there are more and maybe I haven’t noticed them but again I have run into bugs in other games more than Warcraft Rumble. Overall I think Blizzard does a pretty good job with the bugs. Though I have seen quite a few in Diablo 4, Overwatch & World of Warcraft. Unforunately sometimes what I though were features are actually bugs which is kind of annoying when they fix those without warning.
“I haven’t noticed many bugs”… Then you list off several bugs that you have been affected by… Then you admit that there were several more bugs that you just though were a part of the game… And you admit that you probably just don’t notice other bugs…
Blizzard can not be defended. They have become a garbage company releasing garbage updates… Hell they haven’t even released a new original game in decades.
I have been playing blizzard games since most gamers have been alive. The quality of updates that blizzard has been releasing is unacceptable.
